Pacifitec’s standard rates are for Apple® consulting as well as Squarespace website development for personal accounts as well as sole-proprietor/small business clients with fewer than 10 employees, 50 tenants, and/or 100 pieces of hardware.
Day

For in-person Day appointments a two-hour minimum is required.
For Day phone support there is no minimum.
Day rates may be pre-paid or post-paid.
Monthly

10 pre-paid Day hours, with bonus 11th hour free.
Designed for 2-hour+ in-person or remote appointments on a recurring weekly basis.
You may use your hours piecemeal or all at once.
All Monthly hours must be pre-paid and expire monthly.
Corporate
Pacifitec’s business rates are for Apple® consulting as well as Squarespace website development for corporate accounts as well as business clients with more than 10 employees, 50 tenants, and/or 100 pieces of hardware. Corporate rates receive priority routing, deployment solutions, and the option to add your own dedicated support phone/text line.
Priority
$229/hr

Enterprise

Travel
Travel may be charged at the corresponding Individual or Corporate rates.
For all Travel charges, there is a one-hour minimum.
Travel time applies outside the Honolulu metropolitan (“Town”) area of Airport-Hawaii Kai.
Westside, Eastside, North Shore, and Central Oahu, neighbor islands, and off-island incur travel time.
Possible additional pass-through charges include fares, fees, parking, and taxes.
Web Design
Web Design is charged at the corresponding Individual or Corporate rates.
For all Web Design charges, there is a one-hour minimum.
